How should I care for my plant when it arrives?
We recommend unpacking your plant as soon as possible after delivery. Place it in a suitable position, give it a drink if needed, and enjoy watching it settle into its new home.
How are your gifts packaged?
Each gift is carefully wrapped and packed to travel safely and beautifully. We choose our packaging with care and are always looking for more thoughtful and sustainable options wherever we can.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express to ensure they arrive fresh and beautifully.
Delivery is priced by location and shown at checkout. As a guide:
- Victoria: from $19.95
- NSW: from $34.95
- South Australia: from $34.95
Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days, with regional areas taking a little longer.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Victoria, NSW and South Australia via Australia Post Express, with more locations coming soon.
Due to quarantine restrictions, we are unable to send plants to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory.

Yes. In our Plants in Full Bloom collection, the plant pictured is the exact plant you will receive.
Will my rose arrive in full bloom?
Not always. Our A Rose to Remember roses are chosen not only for their beauty, but for their name and meaning. They may or may not arrive in full bloom, with beauty still to come. Each rose includes a beautiful label sharing the meaning behind it.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Every Blooming Beautiful gift includes a handwritten message on a beautiful compostable card.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
