We specialise in living plant and rose gifts.

Each plant is unique and natural, so there may be slight variations in size, colour, and bloom compared to product images. Where stated, we aim to send plants in full bloom, but this can vary depending on season and availability.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All details provided are accurate
  
• The recipient’s address is correct
  
• You have permission to send a gift to the recipient
  

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

We deliver across most of Australia using express shipping.

Due to quarantine restrictions, we currently do not deliver to:

• Western Australia
  
• Tasmania
  
• Northern Territory
  

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Because our products are perishable (living plants), we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your gift arrives damaged or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.

Once delivered, the care of the plant becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We provide guidance to help your plant thrive.
